Bright Mountain Data publishes structured data feeds and research datasets compiled from public-record source systems for professional and institutional subscribers.
1. Information We Collect

- Usage & Diagnostics: Campaign visit tracking, session identifiers, and system diagnostics to improve our data delivery.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our structured data feed and research dataset publishing products.

3. SMS Communications
This opt-in program is for transactional data feed publication alerts, research dataset release alerts, and scheduled feed digest notifications. You may opt in at the dedicated opt-in page at https://brightmountainmedia.com/sms/opt-in. Opt-in requires explicit, unchecked-by-default SMS consent and separate Terms agreement. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Transactional SMS: If you provide explicit consent, we send transactional notifications when a tracked data feed publishes a new or updated release, when a research dataset you follow is released, or when a scheduled digest summarizes publication activity across your tracked catalog. Message frequency varies based on data feed publication cadence and dataset release schedules.
Consent Records: We retain records of SMS consent, including consent source, timestamp, disclosure version, and submitted number to support carrier and legal compliance requirements.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opt-out, we process your request immediately and send a confirmation message.
Mobile Information Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with our SMS service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested and to maintain required compliance records.
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Personal information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
